Prae is an independent sustainability advisor with more than 15 years of experience. Currently, Prae is advising companies on corporate sustainability and stakeholder engagement, and also supporting the Sasin Sustainability & Entrepreneurship Center. During 2020-2023, Prae was Deputy Chief of Party of a three-year USAID funded Enhancing Equality in Energy for Southeast Asia (E4SEA), which promotes gender equality, diversity and inclusion in the energy sector in the region.Prae is a creative strategist and passionate facilitator with a multidisciplinary approach to business concepts, customer solutions, and stakeholder value. Experienced in user research, design development, and strategy consulting, she values the importance of cultural, social, and environmental implications of production and services in the global era. Previously, Prae was in charge of Stakeholder Engagement to support client and partner relations, and the Innovation for Sustainability service at AWR Lloyd.She has in-house corporate experience at Central Group as GM of the Sustainable Development Office and at Pace Development as VP of Sustainability Management. Earlier, Prae was a Principal Consultant at ERM, a leading global sustainability consultancy. She led the Sustainability Strategy & Stakeholder Engagement team, advising top Thai listed companies in the banking, energy, chemical, food & beverage, telecom, and infrastructure sectors on corporate sustainability assessment, reporting, and stakeholder engagement.In 2012, Prae helped to launch the Sasin Center for Sustainability Management (SCSM) at Sasin Graduate Institute, Chulalongkorn University. Her responsibilities included embedding the sustainability mindset in the business school curriculum, providing executive training and advisory, and hosting monthly events to promote sustainable business practices.Prae started her management consulting career at AWR Lloyd, a boutique financial advisory in Bangkok, where she worked on management and strategy consulting for the energy, mining, and property sector, including investor relations, corporate financial strategy, risk management, and stock exchange listing strategies.Earlier at Code (Collaborative Development at King Mongkut's University of Technology Thonburi (KMUTT)), Prae was involved in product design for Toshiba Thailand, branding for Chaipattana Foundation, user research for the XO laptop (One Laptop Per Child), consulting for the Thai footwear industry, and was a thesis adviser to Industrial Design students.
