Currently heading the Application Archival and Decommissioning team.Driving Structured application Archival and Decommission Strategy to consolidate applications landscape and to align with the organizational vision.To take care of situations we are confronted with, where we have an extremely high & unmanageable number of applications in the IT landscape, posing constant threat of obsolescence, exponentially increasing technical debt & rapidly draining skills & knowledge to support & maintain those. There will be a need to provide an environment where historical data of many of these retiring applications will be kept for statutory & compliance needs, for a legally stated duration.

• Accountable for IT operations and support delivery for the portfolio• Responsible to ensure the portfolio is compliant with the relevant IT controls and information security standards & baselines• Own and manage the operations• Responsible for direct client communication in terms of any deliverables asked and demanded by the client• Ensuring Quality Services are delivered as per agreed SLA• Ensure IT related policies and procedures (SOP) compliance
