• Designing & implementing systems, policies & procedures in co-ordination with top management to facilitate best practice in the company.• Managing the timely preparation and presentation of statutory books of accounts, financial statements ensuring conformance to regulatory accounting standards.• Ensuring timely filing of returns such as TDS, GST and Income Tax as per the relevant acts & interfacing with Tax Auditors and regulatory authorities for assessments.• Preparing funds flow statements to monitor the inflow & outflow of funds and ensure optimum utilization of available funds towards the accomplishment of corporate goals.• Ascertaining the fund requirements after careful analysis of budget and plans; defining disbursement plan based on functional requirements• Establish review mechanism for ensuring accuracy and integrity of the company’s financial records.• Work with accounts team and function heads in designing and implementing corrective actions/ process changes based on internal review findings.• Manage relationships with external auditors, various govt. officers • Oversee preparation of trend analyses/ reports on financial results, costs, revenues, cost income ratio to give clarity on the financial health of the business to top management.• Advice department heads on variance analysis.• Provide guidance to all functions for MIS requirements for their specific functions.• Ensuring timely compliance with MCA /ROC with the help of C.S. Consultant.• Co-ordinating with Auditor for International Transfer pricing / Domestic Transfer Pricing.• Co-ordinating with Bank for Credit Facility, review of credit Facility, CMA data, financial projection, DP statement.• Guiding Purchase Team for total procurement activities ,Vendor development , MIS . •Guiding Dispatch/ Store Team for timely dispatch of the material, logistical arrangement,, Inventory control Systems and ensuring Excise Compliances.•
