Job Profile as Engineer- GNOC, Operations, Fault Management :>Initial Troubleshooter on NSS-Core and BSS domain Alarms and escalate it to next level Support.>Fault Management , Trouble Ticket management and KPI analysis for BSS & NSS domain.>Regular follow up and update on Network Trouble, Initiate the Technical Bridge with relevant Departments as Back office, Field Operations, Incident Management to restore the trouble within defined SLA.
