Leading the GFSI audits with optimal compassion; plan; schedule and implement the internal auditing calendar. Lead 3+ BRC audits; 6+ internal audits; 3+ HALAL & KOSHER and several customer audits for the organization.Organizing Management review meetings & regular monthly meeting; presenting growth and tracking of the organization. Pining down the action plans; follow-up actions; verifying the implemented actions. Design; revise and amend standard operating procedures, product specification, risk assessments, HACCP plan etc.Conducting supplier meet and supplier audits; timely update the requirements and monitoring the vendorsHandling customer complaints and investigating the root cause in minimal timing; sending out the CAPA with team work.Performing activities like traceability; mock recalls; training; fire drills etc.
