Led contract negotiations on the major transaction documents, including the asset purchase agreement. Led valuation workstream. Delivered a smooth transaction process and a highly profitable acquisition.Project managed the divestment process including management of the internal and external due diligence teams, preparation of the sale process materials and negotiation of transaction documents. Directed a large team of internal and external subject matter experts in compiling the information memorandum (IM). The result was a well received IM that attracted a strong group of bidders. Led valuation workstream and managed the internal approval process. Resulted in a clean exit and strong financial result.
