The successful execution of the solution has generated increased profitability and lower risk for the vehicle finance business, giving it a competitive advantage over other regulated players.Conceived, identified, originated and executed a unique electric vehicle financing program by engaging with my senior relationships at the Clean Energy Finance Corporation (CEFC). Demonstrated entrepreneurial mindset and problem-solving capabilities by convincing CEFC to provide Macquarie with the financing facility, which won back Tesla relationship and generated $100 million of incremental finance volume in a low growth environment.

Coordinate annual group strategy review process.Project managed and delivered the largest principal M&A transaction in Macquarie’s history (Esanda acquisition), involving over one thousand internal and external subject matter experts during a 6-month due diligence process. Ensured that all internal and external due diligence workstreams were progressing to plan and that all issues were identified and resolved. Demonstrated my leadership with a diverse range of functional teams, ranging from internal IT and operations experts to external competition risk and motor vehicle industry veterans. Conducted regular due diligence meetings with internal and external teams, demonstrating advanced communication skills and versatility. Led contract negotiations on the major transaction documents, including the asset purchase agreement. Led valuation workstream. Delivered a smooth transaction process and a highly profitable acquisition.Project managed the divestment process including management of the internal and external due diligence teams, preparation of the sale process materials and negotiation of transaction documents. Directed a large team of internal and external subject matter experts in compiling the information memorandum (IM). The result was a well received IM that attracted a strong group of bidders. Led valuation workstream and managed the internal approval process. Resulted in a clean exit and strong financial result.
