MANAGEMENTManage client upgrade project. Collaborate with client project manager and internal resources to deliver project plan.Responsible for financial management of project assignments. Ensure completion of project is in line with timelines and budget. Ensure order management team and finance team have relevant information to book revenue and invoice clients.Create, manage and process change request and statement of work in Salesforce. Identify additional revenue opportunity. Manage and coordinate delivery of minor changes/fixes as part of support/operations. Ensure all changes are documented and signed of – Change request.Leading smaller phases/projects as part of large implementation projects.CONSULTANCY and SUPPORTSpecialization in Landmark Sales – Advertising Management Solution. Ensure all issues and request are logged and tracked in Salesforce. Categories, investigate and resolve the issues where possible. Assign issues to product consultants, DBA and level 2 support accordingly.Actively engage existing and potential clients to provide solutions, idea’s to effectively use software solution to increase revenue by using functionality and improving workflow. Perform requirement analysis (Act as a first level BA). Pursue additional revenue with possibility of change/development.Coordinate and collaborate with the larger support team (DBA, BA, Technical specialist and level 2/level3 support) to address issues and provide solutions. Assure the service/request is executed in timely manner and in accordance with SLA.Generic and client specific application software testing prior to deployment.Provide coaching and product training to existing team members and new recruits.Conduct training for up to 10 users for existing clients and new clients.Provide onsite support for large implementation or upgrades. Coordinate issues with support team and project manager to resolve issues.
