 Having the role of Business Partner HR for 2 BUs having a manpower strength of 1500 with a focus on Talent Management. Implementation of Organizational Talent and Review (OTR) process in terms of Talent segmentation, Identification of Successors for critical positions and creation of Development action for Top Talent. Design of AOP, provide Dashboards & HR analytics reports to BU head and Leadership team.  Facilitating the annual PMS cycle - goal setting, mid-year review, skip level meetings, Annual Performance evaluation. Understand resource requirements for the client and assist in deploying resources against the designated role/profile as per the RFP and mapping their skills, expertise & experience effectively. Handle all queries, grievances and escalations from the employees and ensure the same are resolved within committed timelines. Employee Engagement activities as per the engagement calendar. Establishing and running Rewards and Recognition programs across the entire BU. Talent Management-Partnering with the Delivery unit and Line of Business to identify Highperformers and to attract, connect and engage them through various specialized initiatives tohelp them meet their professional and personal aspirations and their retention strategies.  Playing a key role in Training Need Identifications and plan the training calendar accordingly. Creation and administration of Incentive policy of the Business Unit. Ensuring smooth implementation of HR operational Activities including On-boarding, Off-boarding, Transfers, Exits, Leaves, Attendance, Health Insurance, advances and Deductions. End to End Recruitment and selection decisions related to Salary Negotiation, Internal Job Postings, Promotions, and Movements.

 Recruitment.• Understand the requirements in detail from the technical managers and developed tactical plan for recruiting activities.• Sourced resumes accordingly through employee referrals, placement consultants, advertisements, posted open positions internally and on websites like Naukri.com. Retrieved and acknowledged emails and resumes.• Salary negotiation, offer letter and follow up with the selected candidates. PMS• Facilitated employees in drafting KRAs • Coordinated in timely completion of performance appraisals forms for employees • Analysis and Report preparation  HR Operations , MIS , Payroll & Attendance• Sending Salary advice to the accounts for salary processing.• Monthly headcount and attrition reports.• Update and maintain the employee database and provide the report as per organizational requirement. • Meal coupons and medical benefits.• Induction and Orientation of New Joiners. Employee Engagement, Fun at Work activities.• Annual picnic, Monthly Birthday celebration, Celebrating different festive occasions and sending morning mail, birthday and new born mails.
