Current• Maximize logistics/ supply chain efficiency & productivity through extensive process analysis & interdepartmental collaboration.• Establish strategic goals for operational efficiency & increased productivity.• Collaborating with leadership to build an environment of collective responsibility & accountability.• Overseeing the budget preparation & monitoring same to ensure no over spend & viable operation. • Creating strategic roadmap for continuous improvement, quality processes, reporting & metrics that support a total cost optimized operation. • Develop the overall logistics strategy/ execution to achieve operational excellence.• Train, coach &, build a solid internal team whilst driving external stakeholders to deliver on business objectives.• Develop mechanisms & metrics to track performance related to planning, delivery, quality, & cost.• Develop/ implement unified tools & systems to support best in class logistics execution.• Ensuring all logistics & supply chain operation comply with the military guidelines/ policies & state regulations.• Collaborate with other divisions to provide utmost logistics service across the institution. • Develop a culture of continuous improvement, professional growth, cross-functional collaboration & goal planning/ execution.• Develop/ communicate plans which ensure resources are optimized, service levels not compromised & adequate inventory exists to support the organizational functions.• Ensure standard operating procedures & best practice guidelines are in place for all logistics/ supply chain related operations.• Assure the organizational requirements are understood/ incorporated into the goals aligned with overall logistics strategy & operating model.• Ensure implementation of policies, processes & service standards that meet the needs of all internal customers.• Establish/ maintain productive collaborative relationships with the Logistics/ Supply Chain team & other divisions for smooth operations.
