Key Responsibilities (Absence Management): **Responsible for ensuring all absences are recorded accurately in the Oracle system and promptly throughout the business.  **Conducting absence reviews, advising employees on absence procedures, and working with the HR Manager on more complex absence related issues. **Producing and providing regular management reports, sickness absences from the HR system. **Continually reviewing and suggesting improvements to absence policies, procedures, and ways of working. **Responsible for processing all the leave requests.  **Calculating and informing the payroll team of any paid or unpaid leave, pay adjustments, deductions, additions, etc., to be processed in line with the business policies, ensuring all relevant information for payroll is ready on a monthly basis.General: **Advising employees on general ad-hoc inquiries by phone and email and assisting in researching answers when required. **Ensuring HR records and files (both electronic and paper) are kept up to date and archived when appropriate. **Ensuring all administrative activities are followed in association with HR processes, while ensuring confidentiality and legal compliance at all times. **Allocation of personnel based on the different requirements of the projects.  **Performs other assignments as required.
