The global organizational and program challenges include leading and directing global R&D feature teams that employ Agile Large Scale SCRUM in a 24x7 Continuous Integration life cycle model. Pragna has had a major influence within this product development paradigm by leading a Continuous Integration and delivery team, performing as organizational R&D Quality Assurance manager, managing multiple features across several LTE eNB releases as a feature team manager, and driving several LTE eNB O&M product improvement initiatives. All of these responsibilities require tight coordination, communication and collaboration with global peer organizations throughout Nokia.
