Work profile involves facilitating different initiatives across function and giving key insights to Top Management for Improving Efficiency and Effectiveness of different Processes. Key responsibilities are Data Analytic , Monthly MIS & reviews, executing specific projects, managing work allocation, knowledge sharing, problem solving discussions, acting as SPOC between the consultants & organization on certain Value Levers. •Drive analysis, defining and conducting appropriate analyses. Analyses include gathering peer and industry intelligence, conducting interviews and observations, building quantitative models, and creating new tools and processes. •Monitor project progress, resolving or escalating issues to senior management as appropriate •Cost Reduction & Efficiency Improvement Projects across different Functions by facilitating Ideation to execution of different projects across all verticals of a business.

•Assist in developing and updating True Care’s long-term strategic plans and business plans for key initiatives, working closely with the Strategic Planning Team and COO •Act as Project Manager for strategic initiatives.
