I am a Chartered Accountant having 5 years of experience in Statutory audits of leading companies in the Telecommunication, Media and Technology Industry. I have worked with EY in their Financial accounting advisory services for 1 year specialising in transaction advisory.Currently I am working with the financial and accounting advisory practice of GT. I have worked extensively on accounting and technical transaction advisory including mergers, demerger step plans, capital reduction transactions, refinancing, purchase price allocation reports, reg flag reports for technical accounting accuracy etc.I also have a brief experience of equity research of US based stocks.I am self-motivated and spend time improving myself even if there is no immediate pressure. I don't get stressed out more often as compared to a average person but, over the period of my articleship, I learned to be productive under stress. I am a quick learner, patient and adaptive to circumstances.
