As a Test Engineer, I apply my skills in Postman API, Jira, and Manual Testing to ensure the quality and functionality of the company's software products and services. I work with a team of engineers, developers, and analysts to design, execute, and document test cases, scenarios, and scripts, as well as to identify, report, and resolve defects and issues. I also contribute to the continuous improvement of the testing processes, methodologies, and standards. I joined Northwestern Mutual in June 2021, after completing my Master of Science in Information Technology and Management from Illinois Institute of Technology, where I gained a solid foundation in the principles and practices of IT management, data analytics, project management, and software engineering. Prior to that, I worked as a Software Quality Assurance Engineer at Wipro Limited for four years, where I gained valuable experience in testing various web and mobile applications, using different testing tools and frameworks, and following agile and waterfall methodologies. I am passionate about learning new technologies, enhancing my testing skills, and delivering high-quality software solutions that meet the needs and expectations of the clients and users. I am also committed to advancing my career as a Test Engineer and pursuing professional development opportunities.
