As part of the smmer internship, I was attached with the Human Resource Development Department of NTPC. The Summer Project consisted of analysis of the performance management system of NTPC in light of the objectives for which it had been implemented. The project combined secondary research along with empirical research, which involved physical administration of questionnaires prepared by me among employees at Delhi-NCR offices of NTPC, statistical analysis of the responses and preparation of a report recommending ways to improve the performance management system. The research project was unique as it had never been studied before and the results were of immense importance to the organization.

Responsibilities: • Provided legal opinions to companies on issues of labour laws and corporate laws• Conducted legal due diligence for companies and drafted legal conveyance for corporate clients
