About Pragya K

In my current role, I am working as the HR business partner and talent manager for Schneider's digital business and global functions. In this role, talent development, HR analytics, performance management are some of my prominent KPIs. Prior to this, I have worked with a IT conglomerate in a variety of HR roles.In my HR journey of twelve years, I have contributed to various domains and COEs like talent management, strategic HR and talent acquisition. Apart from core HR, I take keen interest in DEI initiatives and in nurturing young talent. I am program managing a few related intiatives for the organization. I enjoy working with globally diverse teams and stakeholders. I consider systematic approach to be my biggest strength and it has helped me in delivering desired results even in complex situations.I hold a full-time MBA with specialization in Human Resources.
