In my current role, I am working as the HR business partner and talent manager for Schneider's digital business and global functions. In this role, talent development, HR analytics, performance management are some of my prominent KPIs. Prior to this, I have worked with a IT conglomerate in a variety of HR roles.In my HR journey of twelve years, I have contributed to various domains and COEs like talent management, strategic HR and talent acquisition.
