In this role, talent development, HR analytics, performance management are some of my prominent KPIs. Prior to this, I have worked with a IT conglomerate in a variety of HR roles.In my HR journey of twelve years, I have contributed to various domains and COEs like talent management, strategic HR and talent acquisition. Apart from core HR, I take keen interest in DEI initiatives and in nurturing young talent. I am program managing a few related intiatives for the organization. I enjoy working with globally diverse teams and stakeholders.
