I have completed my PhD in Management (Finance) from School of Management, NIT Rourkela. The broad area of my research was "Corporate Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A)". During my research, I have tried to determine some factors which influence the success and failure of M&A. Through my findings from this study, I have tried to add a little value to the existing academic and as well as managerial research.
