SVP, HR Strategy and Transformation (Nov 2021 - Present)Currently lead the following global functions - Total Rewards, HR Business Partners, Talent Management, Learning and Development, People Analytics/Reporting, DEIB & Culture. Within Vialto my roles have continuously evolved from standing up the HR organization/systems/processes to stabilization/optimization across 50+ countries and now creating world class strategies to enhance our people's experience. In the last two years, stood up/optimized a global HR function with 140+ HR employees along with Benefits, Comp, Payroll, L&D, DEIB, People Analytics, talent management strategies, talent marketplace and led HRBPs.Head of HR, J&J Technology Services from March 2020-Nov 2021. I joined J&J in April 2017 as a Senior Director, HR Acquisitions and Divestitures, specializing in Acquisitions and Divestitures and assisted in setting up the HR A&D CoE for J&J Corporate. Took J&J through various major acquisitions and divestitures while hiring and developing a team and setting consistent practices/positions for the CoE to strategize and execute on M&A transactions for consistent delivery including post deal integration and separation of businesses into/from J&J.Before J&J, over the previous ~10 years, worked at PwC, and gained expertise in advising both large private equity and corporate clients on buy-side as well as sell-side due diligence in Mergers and Acquisition transactions. I've helped them understand any financial adjustments (purchase price adjustments, quality of earnings adjustments, net working capital adjustments, etc.) arising from pension plans, H&W plans, change in control related obligations, 280G issues, foreign plans and liabilities, etc. I have worked not only on deals in North America (US and Canada), but a large number of global transactions where my experience spans through Europe (complex German, Italian, Netherlands pension plans, work councils, etc.), Asia (social requirements and penalties in China, HK, gratuity plans in India), Latin America (Mexico, Brazil, Argentina, etc.).In addition to the buy and sell side diligence I have vast experience in assisting clients in standing up the HR function (HR headcount, HR systems like payroll, HRIS, benefit administration) as well as benefit and compensation plans (Health and Welfare plans, Retirement plans, foreign benefit plans, etc.) and taking them through signing through a post close fully stand alone infrastructure.Prior to PwC, I gained pension actuarial experience at Mercer Consulting in Chicago for 4 yrs.
