Also, built dynamic automated reports using Business Intelligence tool for operations management to review daily driver productivity. Implemented cost-saving opportunities in the Emergency roadside business such as establishing a Fleet replacement model for timely replacement of trucks and reduced $100K of expenses in 2013 plan. Built a fully automated forecast and budget model for a $30M Emergency Roadside service and Insurance line of business totaling > $18M in revenues.Built a valuation model around new business development and provided recommendations for over 4 insurance agency acquisitions. Consolidated the acquired insurance agencies' financials with corporate financials by developing appropriate processes and training all related parties.Developed and implemented a new compensation plan for > 50 Insurance agents, resulting in $0.3M increase in profits.Built key financial and operational reports using a brand new Business Intelligence tool, trained operations personnel on using these tools, which resulted in improved efficiencies at the Operational level.

Played a key role in the merger between Allied Waste and Republic Services from consolidating the books to training the Field Controllers on Internal Control processes.Performed monthly and quarterly operational reviews; providing the Executive team with financial reports with Revenue Margins with multiple P&L views, productivity and density performance and volume trending showing a sequential, year-over-year and budget comparison. Built dynamic Financial and Operating Reporting packages providing key metrics at all levels of hierarchy and lines of businesses to assist the Region Executives in presenting results to the Corporate Executives. Analyzed interdivisional transactions between Allied and Republic and re-aligned their operations for financial planning as part of the 2009 Re-budget to reflect the two companies post-merger. Built a financial model that identified $10M variance by analyzing all lines of businesses. Consequently, trained over 40 area controllers on the variance analysis model and motivated them to use it in their quarterly analysis. Worked actively with Accounting and External Reporting during month-end and quarter-end to ensure accuracy and consistency between the financials and the Earnings Call/Release. Analyzed the volume and productivity trends to ensure consistency with the economic/housing trend and budget; also analyzed headcount reports and compare labor costs and SGA costs versus budget and prior year.
