I'm a social scientist by training with a background in language, cultural studies and a master’s in globalization studies. With 17 years of experience in international development cooperation, I have developed a strong grasp of the sector, its institutions, and instruments.My area of expertise include the art of gathering and facilitation, Human Capacity Development, labor mobility in international cooperation, migration for development, internationalization of higher education, and working with women in the unorganized sector in urban India.I am adept at moderating large conferences/stakeholder workshops and at facilitating bespoke events such as impactful meetings, team retrospectives, manager feedbacks, annual strategy and team-building workshops, leadership programs for mid/senior management and trainings on intercultural communication. I also facilitate workshops on "Capacity Works" - an internal GIZ tool for managing international cooperation.
