My role and Responsibilities as an senior manager is dealing with Life,general & liability insurance & all the cross sell products i.e. Mutual funds,home loans,LAP,LRD,Personal &auto loans and FD of corporates and my role is to monitor branches and the teams in the branches and ensure the regular flow of business through them&moniter direct team members and focus on activites for new leads generation so that to meet monthly targets month on month.

Recruiting Financial Advisors &Implementing Training for new recruits and updating the new contests to the team.Maintaining the sales planner Attending the calls of the respective agents and supporting them for achieving the organization goals.
