Technician
Current- Perform hardware and software diagnostics on all devices using troubleshooting equipment and provide cost effective solutions to clients.- Perform level 1 repairs such as broken screen and battery replacements on most smartphones with the highest standard of care on most electronic devices within 1 hour.- Complete all training modules and follow OEM service manuals for OEM repairs.- Perform quality checks and refurbish all previously owned handheld devices for sale and regularly update all information on the database.- Recommend and install accessories such as screen protectors on all customer’s devices with perfection.- Create and update customer information on POS systems, prepare parts and accessories orders from approved suppliers.- Follow safety procedures according to industrial ESD and CSA standards.
