With over eight years of experience in the payments and banking industry, I am a Product Manager at JP Morgan Chase & Co., the world’s largest financial institution that enables instant bank payments for its customers. My mission is to deliver seamless and secure instant payment solutions that meet the needs of customers globally.As the leader of Global Real Time Payments, Client Experience, I am responsible for ensuring a smooth client experience from RfP stage to post production management and business reviews.
