A Sustainable development and human capital development enthusiast very interested in tackling social and economic issues in Africa through participating in policy formation and many other interventions. Praise has over three years of experience in the social development sector and earned a Masters degree in Sustainable Development Practice. She contributes her quota to social development through various ways including policy formation, advocacy and volunteering. She is also passionate about human capital development and works with a Leadership development company keen on creating transformational experiences for people and organizations, she believes that helping individuals and small scale enterprises increase their leadership capacities and competencies will result in human empowerment and reduced rate of unemployment in Africa. Praise received a grant from IFAD under the United Nations to carry out a research on Technology Promotion and Adoption among Micro and Small Scale Entrepreneurs in Ghana to help rural small scale entrepreneurs and especially farmers get exposed to existing trends in technology that can bring about improved productivity. She was invited to present her findings from this research at the International Conference on Sustainable Development at the Columbia University, New York, USA. She has also conducted several other researches and published her works in reputable journals. Through her experiences she developed core skills in Data Collection and Analysis, Project Management, Monitoring and Evaluation, Development Policy Making, human capital development and Digital Marketing.
