YOUTHTOPIA is an ed-tech startup company, a youth empowering ecosystem where we collaborate with frontline young changemakers to create content from concept to delivery. Building a network that is called YOUTHTOPIA Circle of Youth with over 150 young people who have track record of change aged between 12-27 years old.My responsibilities include but not limited to: - Taking a lead of content research and data collection team- Research International young changemakers, create database and reach out / relationship building (incl onboarding and maintain communication with the Circle of Youth members)- Translate emails, letters, documents from English to Indonesian - using formal / informal Indonesian as content is regularly shared and communicated with frontline activists and institutions. - Brainstorm and develop alongside the CEO for weekly/monthly/yearly events and programs- Assist in curating, researching content related stuff (e.g: masterclasses, campaigns, events)- Lead a team of International volunteers and interns

In charge of collecting and analysing relevant data from reliable sources - local newspapers, relevant documents, national media, etc on the impacts of Covid-19 towards Food Security in Indonesia. The analysis focuses on how Covid-19 is working as an external driver or current changes, exacerbating existing forms of nutritional and livelihood insecurity. Its research is based on selected Indonesian food system in some parts of the country: 1. Rice producing areas; 2. Fishing communities and trading networks; 3. Oil palm/rubber, forest edge communities and other commodities; 4. Dryland agriculture in Eastern Indonesia; 5. Papua
