I started using computers in my high school, initially just for playing games. Over the time, we were taught the basic programming languages like C, C++ and Java in school, and my interest in programming deepened. I studied Computer Engineering at Nirma University, India. I implemented several projects on Java, Android and Web development during my undergrad studies.During this time, I had the opportunity to intern at 99Robots and Triberr (NJ, USA based) where I worked with a multi cultured team on a platform used by hundreds of thousands of users. I was introduced to work management tools like Slack, Asana and GitHub. I worked as a full-stack developer using web-technologies PHP, JavaScript, jQuery, MySQL, HTML & CSS. More importantly, I went through all the stages of software life-cycle - development, testing, support.To seek more advanced knowledge, I completed Masters of Science in Software Engineering at UC Irvine and now working at Zillow Group, IrvineApart from the academics, I love playing soccer, hiking and trekking. I've represented school and university teams in soccer. Last year, I went to a 6-day trekking trip to Himalayas. Every once in a while, I travel to new places to explore nature and different cultures.
