An experienced Product Owner and Subject Matter Expert specialized in airline departure control related systems, with 4+ years in product management. Further, a diligent Project Manager with 12+ years of expertise in process study, automation, software delivery and implementation. In my current roles, I have successfully reduced delivery timelines by 15% and was able to coordinate 95% of the product completion in line with the organization’s roadmap. As a subject matter expert for passenger processing systems in the airline domain and in my current role entails me to lead six agile team of analysts, designers, developers, and testers to implement the departure control system for one of the biggest airlines in the Middle East.
