As a Mechanical Engineer, I am passionate about utilizing my skills and knowledge to drive innovation in Product Developing. Focused on revolutionizing prosthetic feet, non-linear analysis, assistive devices, and bio mechanics as FEA Engineer at R2D2, IIT Madras.In my previous role, I successfully led the design of advanced battery packs for electric vehicles. Leveraging expertise in SolidWorks and ANSYS, I crafted intricate designs adhering to the highest safety and performance standards. Notably, I integrated a sophisticated cooling system to optimize temperature levels, enhancing cell lifespan and sustaining optimal performance. Additionally, I pioneered a thermal management system for MOSFET, ensuring the overall efficiency and reliability of the system.Throughout my work experience, I have honed my skills in mechanical design, 3D modelling, and simulation, which has allowed me to create detailed and accurate designs that meet the required specifications. I am also experienced in prototyping and testing, which helps me to validate my designs and ensure they meet the required standards.
