MY RESPONSIBILITIES • PLC Programming (SIEMENS - LOGO).• Calculation & Selection of Bus bar sizes, Switchgears, Capacitor Banks, etc.• Preparation of LT Panels GA Drawings, SLD, Schematics of Control and Protection panels & Control cubicles considering the specifications, BOQ & SLD as per Client’s requirement.• Preparation of Bill of Material (BOQ) as per GA Drawings & SLD.• To Co-ordinate with Team members for completion of Job within target.• To Maintain & Organize Technical Data & other information as a process of standardization & improvement in the Quality.• Control and Power Cable selection. • Incorporation of comments from customers.• Physical Checking of panels with respect to drawings after completion of assembly.• Make As-Built Costing incorporating the changes as per the Final Assembled Panel. ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES • Estimating & Costing of Enquiries.• Experienced in maintaining the accounts in Tally.• Procurement of Materials as per Project Requirement.THE PANELS DONE AS A DESIGN ENGINEER• PLC Panel.• Capacitor Panel.• AMF & ATS Panel.• Starter Panels.• Metering panel.• AHU Panel.• Lighting Control Panel.• Sewage Treatment Control Panel.• Isolator & ChangeOver Panel.• VFD Panels.
