• Experience in Contract/Domestic/Temp Staffing, Contract to Hire, C2H.• Technical Pre-screening of candidates to check their suitability- match/fit, interest, confidence, communication skills, etc.,• Handled complete recruitment cycle starting from screening to final selection and taking it to closure.• Identifying the future hiring needs, designing job descriptions, sourcing suitable candidates through databases, online employment forums, social media, etc. • Expertise in using job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, ATS(CATS), and using vendor management system(Beeline, SAP Fieldglass, IQN, Prowand).• Effectively recruited candidates through Internet research, internal database, referrals, and other strategies.• Handled all the IT Technologies involving the combination of complex skill sets and rare technologies.
