• Troubleshooting and administering Citrix virtual apps & desktop environments.• Support and manage Citrix Servers in multiple locations and via multiple farms.• Responsible for Citrix server build through Hyper-v for Virtual infrastructure.• Responsible for monitoring Citrix Infrastructure by doing health checks on Back-end Databases, Hyper-V environments, Farm, etc.• Manage core Citrix administration: Farm management, troubleshooting, Citrix print management, load balancing, Citrix client, licensing, and server management.• Manage requests through Service Now’s Incident Management, and Change Management by following ITIL V3.• Working in 24/7 support, covering all business regions, to provide seamless service.• Creating and maintaining documents for future use and ease administration.• Experimenting with new technologies and routines to increase efficiency and reduce processing time.• Performance monitoring and fine-tuning of Citrix Servers.• Initial response on Citrix tickets for the agreed-upon customer SLA.• Performing root cause analysis for all critical incidents, analyzing the same, and finding workaround/solution.• Review incidents and service requests randomly, analyze them, and provide inputs for improvement in quality.• Performances tune the systems and services to ensure high availability.• Testing of patches/hotfixes in a testing environment before implementing them on Citrix servers.• Creating the usage reports using PowerShell and Citrix Director as per the client’s request.• Co-ordinate with Wintel Team for server operating issues, and patch management in Citrix servers.• Co-ordinate with the Wintel team for migration and software upgrades Regular meetings with management to carry out new Plans to meet IT standards.• Basic Level Server Operation Administration of Citrix Server Management using Hyper-V
