Full cycle of E2E Recruitment Process involving Sourcing, Staffing, and On-Boarding candidates for different bands .

Sourcing, Screening, and Short-listing resume through different job portals like Naukri,LinkedIn, Shine, Hirist .• Handling permanent staffing according to Client requirement.• Handled recruitment for all the three levels i.e., VP, AVP, Top-Architect, Manager/Middle/Lower levels position.• Sourcing the right profile from the various Job Sites/References/Networking/ Posting jobs inportals and through mass mailing.• Screening the resumes of candidates and putting forward the deserving candidatesaccording to client requirements.• Screening candidates through telephonic interview, to assess the candidate's fitment for therequirement.• Screening profiles and short-listing applicants, and evaluating selection process includinginterviews (personal interviews, telephonic interviews) & following-up with the candidates.• Interacting with the candidates, briefing them about the requirement, and knowing theirwillingness, salary negotiation, and joining period.• Understand the interest level of the candidate and ensure the candidate joins the company.• End to end follow-up with the candidate from the time of interview to offer releases till theonboarding of the candidate.• Maintaining a database of the candidates and the clients of all the requirements for variousmanpower requirements for future reference.• Coordinating with Team like screening CV’s, clearing doubts, etc.• Maintaining my own database in Excel sheet about the Interview schedules, selectedcandidates, pending joiners and status of the candidates.• Mapping the bench candidate’s profile to suitable requirements for C2H.• Sending daily, weekly, and monthly reports to the Manager.• MIS: Preparing reports on the number of closures, internal movements, offer to accept anddecline numbers to ensure the flow of work to reach the aspire rates, monthly and weeklytargets.• Internal Referrals: Driving internal referrals among the employees
