I have a strong foundation in software development and engineering principles, and I have earned multiple certifications in Microsoft Azure, Visual Studio, Responsive Web Design, Database Operations, and Python.I currently work as a Technical Success Engineer at Pendo.io and GlowTouch Technologies, with two months of experience in the software industry. At Pendo.io, I help customers achieve their goals and solve their problems using Pendo's product analytics and user feedback platform. I provide technical guidance and support, and ensure their satisfaction and success with Pendo.
