JOB RESPONSIBIBILITIES 1. To prepare Heat load calculations after building survey by manuals and HAP software. To prepare ventilation calculation as per ASHRAE 62.1 Standards. 2. To prepare Single line concept drawing, Shop drawing, As built and detail designed sections. 3. Duct design and sizing as per SMACNA standard by using McQuay duct sizer. 4. Chilled water Pipe Sizing and Schematic Drawing Preparation 5. To prepare schematic drawing for VRF and Chilled water system. 6. To prepare External Static Pressure calculation and Staircase Pressurization calculation. 7. To co-ordinate MEP discipline and complete the clash free model. 8. Coordination with Architect, Client and Suppliers. Site Visit to check the Work Progress, Providing the Design Details to the Site Engineers / technicians and clarify them as well. 9. Fan Static Pressure and Pump Head Calculation. Staircase, Lift lobby, Lift well Pressurization Calculation. 10. Prepare the concept design Free hand sketch and provide the input to the drafter to make drawing more detailed. clash free within the project timeline. HVAC Site Experience: Additional to the design experience, I have the following Site experience, i. Installation of HVAC equipment – Air Handling Unit, Pumps, Heat Exchangers, VRF system, Exhaust fans, Smoke management system. ii. Installation of Ducting, chilled water piping, valve package, insulation, cladding, prefabricated riser piping, carry out the duct leak test & chilled water hydronic testing. iii. Testing & Commissioning of HVAC system including the air balancing, equipment testing, chilled water balancing, integration with fire alarm system, integration with BMS system, integration with infra network. iv. Coordination with other MEP trades, Architect, Consultant, and main contractors. v. Material procurement including the quantity take-off, PO process and follow up with the suppliers. vi. Preparation of material technical submittal and follow up for approval from the consultant. vii. Fabrication of modular supports system away from the site, coordination to transport to site and installation.
