• Preparation of interim & Final bills of Patients for Cash, TPA & Corporates• Resolving billing related queries as an when Required• Resolving billing related queries raised by internal staff (Front office, counsellor, nursing)• Interdepartmental coordination with nursing, OT, Cath lab, Stores, Purchase, Front office, F&B.• Resolving billing related queries raised by patient/attendants.• Maintaining patient billing activity records – pre and post discharges.• Handling cash, TPA & corporates related queries raised by Patient/Attendant/Management.• Reporting to C.E.O for any type of Discount to be given to Patient.

Responsibility is maintaining customer’s (patients) Ledger A/c as a whole from booking till clearing of Accounts. Which includes • Collecting and Recording of Deposits and all charges.• Preparation of interim & Final bills of Patients for Cash, TPA & Corporates• Preparing Estimates for Surgery• Clearing all dues by proper follow up • Closing and Finalization of patient bill.

Key Responsibility includes Multiple Roles such as : • Meeting with clients (mostly companies) for taking orders• Placing purchase orders accordingly• Managing their orders by supplying proper goods• Maintaining & Closing all their bills after collecting dues
