I am a Faculty Lecturer at Quest International College, where I have been teaching and researching development issues for the past seven months. I have a Masters of Public Administration (MPA) and a Master in Development Studies (MDS) from Tribhuvan Vishwavidalaya and College of Development Studies, respectively. My fields of study include administration, management, research, policy, governance, economics, environment, gender, and agrarian issues. Before joining Quest International College, I worked in the development sector for more than two years, as an Assistant Project Manager at The Salvation Mission Nepal and an Emergency Response and Government Liaison Officer at Nepal Christian Relief Services. In these roles, I developed and implemented projects, coordinated relief efforts, assessed disaster situations, managed budgets and reports, and communicated with stakeholders. I have gained valuable skills and experience in project management and emergency response, which I apply in my teaching and research.
