● Review sales against the target on a monthly basis. Ensure SE/SO productivity Distributor & Dealer wise. ● Appointment new dealer Month wise Monitoring of achievement against the target. *● Appointing new system Integrator for dealer to increase sales ● Meeting with Architect’s & Interior Designer for product approval & for discussion on upcoming project & requirement ● Meeting With Electrical Consultants & Electrical contractors for discussion on upcoming project & requirement ● Identify Large outlets counters in the territory supervised. Service them either through to distributors or direct appointment.● Generate Business for Value added product through Institutional Sales without distributor involvement. ● Develop Business plan for long term sales generating business. ● Identify the resource needed to achieve goal for Value added products. Formulate system for Optimum utilization of resources and monitor them for improving overall efficiency. ● Review structure on a monthly basis to implement corrective action plan. Good Communication and Analytical skills. ● Experience in planning marketing strategies, and successful public relations effort.
