Operation and maintenance of pyro systems.Carried out various modification like,1. Kiln feed capacity increased from 700 tph to 800 tph.2. Modified roots blowers motor to VFD drives to reduce the power consumption.3. Increased the gap between grizzly bears from 30 mm to 50mm which has resulted in reduced power consumption of Clinker breaker.4. Modified kiln inlet seal to arrest the material leakage and false air entry.5. Modified RAL drive coupling from BC6 to BC7 to reduce the no of kiln feed stoppages in preheated.6. Cooler stepped grate plates are modified and which resulted in zero stoppages of cooler.7. Modified the DPC dust guard to prevent Clinker spillages in tunnel.8.
