Special Process ( Plating,Anodizing,Heat treatment, Teflon coating,powder coating and Wet painting,Hot dip Galvanisation&Sintering) for medical and aero space parts and skilled error free parts from external providers, good @ Root cause finding and implementing permanent corrective action in both process failure and deduction failure and analysis the kind off chronic issue which affecting the yield of the part and implementing with CFT brain strom a wholistic actions to elimate it and improving quality of out put from supplier and improving their on time delivery.Reducing inspection time by implemented new gauges and inspection procedure thru standard SOP.
