Within the scope of my present role, I am primarily accountable to follow-up the development, management, implementation and monitoring of the Quality Management System to safely execute, commission and handover the relevant project on schedule, to specifications and budget in a way that fulfils project's/function's policy, quality system and procedures. Managing the conduct of Customer Process and QMS Audits. I am a key person to organize the Internal Audits as per schedules for verifying the QMS effectiveness by accomplishing the system audit as per ISO norms.Moreover, I played a pivotal role in establishing supplier QA/QC coordination procedures and inspection management plans; ensuring effective supplier quality control, on raw material, packing material and bought-outs as per pre-set quality standards; updating supplier list, carrying out supplier audits and conducting analysis for deviations. I work on all aspects of Projects Lifecycle right from planning & execution of production as per the schedules, customer interaction, material follow-up activities, inspection and test plan preparation, project documentation, certification and final data book submission to customer to coordination for TPI / Client witness and review inspection.My key achievements include -~ Got top orders and new client projects; successfully completed Aramco Project for M/s National Oil Petroleum CC and BP Khazzan Project for M/s Petrofac International Ltd.~ Successfully submitted final project documentation and got release 10% final payment without LD charges from client~ Drove TPI /Client inspection in major clients’ projects - ADMA, ADCO, KOC (GC-29, GC-30), ADGAS, RAS GAS, NOC and ONGC~ Adhered to technical query compliance to get project at bid stage~ Prepared & submitted document required for API and CE Certification and got it approved by end-client and third party agency

As Engineer – Engineering & Quality Control, I set up innovative quality operations, streamline workflow and create quality awareness at all level of employees through suggestions to enhance productivity.
