5+ years experience in project management.Roles and Responsibilities include:• Planning Project scope and understanding the client requirements, preparing schedule budget and project plans as per SLA.• Coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders.• Ensuring timely responses to queries and keeping the project on track to meet the milestone dates.• Reporting the status of the projects to clients on a bi-weekly basis.• Keeping track of client requirements ensuring all the instructions are successfully carried out in the projects.• Coordinating with the IT team to develop automation tools.• Keen maintenance of the project status and files in real-time servers and in the publishing management database.• Organize project meetings, and weekly review meetings, monitor projects as per timelines defined, and ensure milestone dates are met.• Monitor project execution related to liaison activities.• Project Execution planning towards Production and team allocation for the project.
