•Technical bid evaluation & vendor finalisation.•Preparation of the BOM for the various items according proposal P&ID and scope.•Preparation of the enquiry data sheets for the various field instruments and systems & vendor document review.•Review of the vendor techno commercial offers, drawings & their approval.• Study and review of the P&ID.•Preparation of the instrument index sheet.•Preparation of the I/O list, cable schedule & JB schedule.•Preparation of the instrument hookup drawings & BOM.•Preparation of the data sheets for transmitters,gauges,switches, analyzers & control/on-off valves.•Review of the vendor drawings i.e. control wiring,I/O wiring diagrams and it's approval.•Review of the cable tray layouts,instrument location layouts and approval of the construction drawings.•Preparation of the control loop drawings/control schematics and it's narrative.•Preparation of the process interlock lost and drive logic.•Review of the 3D model of packages.•Conducting Pre-FAT and FAT for the DCS,PLC,MCC.•Co-ordination with the process and mechanical departments for the project activities•Good knowledge of Instrument installation, testing, calibration and commissioning.
