I went through health challenges, so decided to go slow and moved out of full time assignment. Having overcome the issues, I am now ready for full time roles in Marketing and Communication.

As an Assistant General Manager, I have been shouldering the overall command of crafting strategies for all Marketing teams, including Digital, Advertising, Communications and Creative. Some of the major highlights of this tenure have been my contribution in overseeing the entire gamut of marketing and training operations along with over 100-members team as well as resourcefully activating an Email Marketing Program with prime focus on technical content. Attending trade-shows, seminars and other events with view of acquiring sponsorship as well as enhancing the brand awareness and overseeing the network of over 100 dealers across the country is what I enjoyed the most. I have been consistently acknowledged and appreciated for leading activities encompassing CRM implementation and management. Another key milestone of this tenure has been my proficiency in leading the SEO task for the website and leading influencers over-reach programs. My efforts in efficaciously abstracting and designing 2 key products within the first 6 months have also been well-appreciated.

Appointed to lead the designing and implementation of comprehensive marketing strategies to create awareness of the company’s business activities. Drove the ideas for promotional events or activities and organized them efficiently thereby improving efficiency and accelerated sales growth and profitability. Offered customized brand solutions leveraging the strengths of the group through integrated marketing solutions. Developed and negotiated staffing plans and provided mentorship based on scope of work.I co-partnered with the HQ (Switzerland) for aligning various Marketing and Branding initiatives. I also essayed a key role in compiling and editing the monthly new letters, leading the creation of India Micro Site (www.geberit.in) as well as running numerous influencers out-reach programs. CRM implementation and management was another key aspect of this assignment. My unmatched efforts in instituting a network of over 350 dealers across India was a key contributor towards the accomplishment of the pre-set business goals. Another feather in my hat was the successful launch of Geberit Alpha across India; Geberit Alpha was the first product developed to suit the requirement of the domestic clients.
