Analyzing the reasons for the variance between the plan and actual.* Execution of the project in line with the L2/L3/L4 schedule and timely recording the delays for obtaining Delivery extension and avoiding LD/Penalty .* Organizing Virtual team meetings to discuss on the various issues governing the project progress.* Creating the cost variance report on monthly basis across the projects to analyze the cost at the header levels.* Monitoring contribution margins on monthly basis across the projects.* Projecting financial and physical status of the projects to the next levels of management on monthly basis.* Daily, Weekly and Monthly Site Progress reports to Management and Client.* Ensuring Timely submission of Invoices to Client, follow up for payment and ensuring reconciliation statement for Invoices.* Organizing sequential supply of equipment for site progress, maintaining consumables stocks at sites and replenishment of the same at regular interval.
