Key Deliverables Dry Commissioning of Equipment like Ladle Turret, Ladle Shroud Manipulator, Tundish Car, Mould Oscillation Unit, WSU, IRT,RDBS, AWU,TCM, DRT, CT, Billet Shifter, Pusher, TRT ,Storage Bank etc. Cold commissioning of total Equipment and Hot Commissioning of Caster. Observing the bottleneck of the Plant to run the plant at designed parameters and rectifying them. Preparation and implementation of SOP and SMP for Equipment for smooth operation of Equipment. Conduct meetings with team to review mechanical maintenance Activities - planned vs actual and the plan for the day. Plan the maintenance activities (PM/OBM/Breakdown) in terms of the resources and time. Ensure availability of HIRA, SOP, SMP, check list, etc., for carrying out the maintenance activity. Ensure maintenance is carried out as per plan, rework is avoided; Supervise and guide the team for carrying out the maintenance activities as per the plan, safe Standard Maintenance Procedures. Ensure that the equipment are behaving properly after the maintenance was executed Documentation of all plans / reports / maintenance history / decisions, reports, communication with vendors / client, etc., Arranging Weekly Safety Meeting at site and giving safety Oath to Workers. Providing training to subordinates for smooth and safe maintenance of equipment. Ensure team members are competent to carry out the maintenance job and support them in developing their skills. Minimize the breakdown and Wastages and its root cause analysis.  Improve the machine availability status, No violation in Pollution requirements. Handle & meet the plant Statutory & Legal requirements, Fulfill Internal, External & cross functional audit requirements. Procurement management of spares and development of indigenous vendor for critical applications.  Drive the Organization wide initiatives like TPM, 5S.

 Structural steel fabrication and erection, Material Handling. Assembly & Erection of Screens, High Rate Thickener, DE System, Pumps, Cyclones etc. Alignment of Conveyor System, Couplings(Fluid, Gear Coupling), Pump, Screen, Crusher etc Commissioning of Conveyor System, Thickener, Screen, Pump, Dust Extraction system, Mechanical Vibro feeder, Centrifuge etc. Wet commissioning of Coal Handling & Coal Benificiation Plant. Observing the bottleneck of the Plant to run the plant at designed capacity and rectifying them. Operating the plant at maximum rated capacity. Independently Operating the Shift for 1 Year as a Shift In-charge. Running the Plant by consuming minimum Consumables and minimum Operational stoppage hours. Running the Plant as per SOP to avoid any accidents and Equipment damage. Reporting to the Operation Manager at the end of Shift about the Production and Operational issues. Providing training and educating Operators for smooth operation of Equipment. Overly responsible for operation of one shift of Plant.
