Supervising  manpower to undertake operation & Maintenance activity of the Boiler of 1 X 18 TPH, 1 X 16 TPH Three Pass Smoke Tube Boiler, 1 X 7 TPH, 2 X 20 TPH Sinter Cooler, Waste Heat Water Tube Boiler, 3 X 25 TPH ,1 X 25 TPH Three Pass Smoke Tube Boiler, 2 X 9.2 TPH WHRB Boiler , 2 X 94 TPH WHRB Boiler, 1 X 72 TPH WHRB Boiler,  Steam Balance of Plant and 1000 steam trap network (LP/ HP) spread across 12 KM area. The basic fuel for this Power Plant is Natural Gas, Coke Oven Gas, Blast Furnace Gas, Waste Gas & Coke Dry Quenching Waste Heat. Ensuring Maintenance of 14 ship boilers vessels as per client Successfully handle project of erection and commissioning of boiler at JSW Dolvi Site. Ensured timely completion of boiler legal compliances. Developed strategy for handling major breakdowns and shutdowns to reduce down time of boilers
