Working with M/s Mafoi management consultancy and i was initially deputed to TCS e Serve formally called as CITI group for supporting their recruitment operations and over there i used to support their back end process such as documentation, calling down for doc's submission, joining and induction formalities, salary discussion to the selected candidate,rolling out offer letter and finally on boarding the candidate to the unit by directing him. For the past 2 months came down to my parent company and into direct front end recruitment such as sourcing, validating, shortlisting and conducting initial round of interview process.Previous employer was M/s Zen paints and chemicals and was playing a role as an assistant accountant.Goals: First i would thank my country and my parents who gave a place to live and gave good education. My goal is to explore myself in the area of HR in every spectrum and not only that to gain practical exposures in every domain and to become one among the established entrepreneur across universe and to serve my country and my parents and to extend my self to establish educational institutions for the needy people for low fare and if not possible for free of cost.Specialties: Salary negotiation part for the employees before their date of joining, explaining on the policies and procedures of the organisation during the cource of induction formalities.
