Working as Deputy General Manager: Quality Culture Transformation Program – named QUEST – Quality Excellence by Sustainable Transformation. The program, aimed at building a robust quality culture across the network and Cultivate and embed a quality-oriented mindset among all employees. Also, Create awareness among employees in line best-practices on the shop-floor across a variety of themes/topics and provide a platform to simplify current practices & procedures.To achieve the program objectives, I am responsible for “design to execution” activities. Conduct training and awareness session so as to be always ready in compliance mode as per requirement from regulated market, including US.By academic and experience, I am pharma graduate with Project and Operation Management expertise - heading from a Life science and management background, have acquired high expertise in project and operation management especially in Life science KPO projects/operations and Organizational development projects. Executed multiple projects and handled several projects/teams both in onsite/offshore execution model including contracts and project specific service level agreements.Possess Green Belt Six Sigma Certification, involved in several projects, including Total Quality Management (TQM), Work Flow simplification models and process re-engineering. I have had led 150+ Medical, Healthcare, and Life science professionals, responsible for production control, capacity planning, quality control, talent analysis and development, Discipline & Grievance; Operational performance and Improvement, customer satisfaction; contributing towards achievement of the company’s strategic and operational targets and overall business goals.
