As an International Special Student Trainee, I had the opportunity to contribute to the NAHEP-CAAST Project, a World Bank-sponsored initiative focused on "Agrotechnology Innovation Towards Sustainability in Agriculture and Food Systems." I gained valuable experience in precision agriculture, including drone operation and data analysis. Additionally, I had the privilege of acquiring knowledge in product development. Furthermore, I expanded my skill set by gaining experience in food analysis at the National Science and Technology Development Agency in Thailand. These experiences have shaped my passion for sustainable practices in the agriculture and food industry.

The great opportunity I have experienced in Britannia Industry ltd. In that, I have gone through ensuring on-line product quality monitoring & immediate action taken through production officers & management to address any non-conformity. Testing of raw and finished goods as per standard sampling & test method with correct documentation. Participating in product quality exercises regularly like ensuring basic hygiene, food safety & GMP requirements are complied with in manufacturing and ensuring critical food safety processes are being complied with at any point in time during manufacturing. This would include a metal detector, pest control, conveyor condition, equipment cleanliness, sieves & magnets, personnel hygiene, storage condition, etc.
