❖ Core competency in overall, management of Car Rental products like Chauffeur Drive, Self Drive, Leasing, and Employee Transport Solutions Engagement of Fleet Operator, Car Rental Operators and DCO’s to become business partners. ❖ Manage the Operation Team ❖ Manage the Sales & Marketing Team ❖ Manage the Vendor Development Team. ❖ Manage the Fleet Maintenance as well as Quality Control Team. ❖ Manage the Billing and Back office. ❖ Handle Day to Day Driver issue. ❖ Responsible to monitor the cab performance on day to day basis (Per Car Revenue and Car Utilization Chart). ❖ Managing the driver and salary process. ❖ Managing the Vendors. ❖ Managing the complete office Administration. ❖ Responsible to make the branch as profit making center. ❖ Daily & Weekly review with Sales Team. ❖ Daily & Weekly review with Operation Team. ❖ Daily & Weekly review with Fleet & Quality Control Team. ❖ Daily & Weekly review with Vendor Development Team. ❖ Daily & Weekly review with Billing Dept. ❖ Monthly review with Accounts Dept. ❖ Responsible for 100% implementation of VDP (Vendor Development Program). ❖ Monthly Target Review. ❖ Responsible for 100% compliance (documents process) before the attachment of the vehicle. ❖ Responsible to make sure 100% driver screening & training process before enrolment in the system. ❖ Responsible to make sure that all agreement process in place between both the parties before vehicle gets on road. ❖ Capable to handle the inbound tour, group handling, meet and assistance at Airport / Hotel. ❖ Manage to arrange the assistance of multiple languages guide.
